You only pay our placement fee after an employment contract has been signed by both you and the candidate. There are no upfront costs, no recurring costs, and no fees during the recruitment process. If we do not successfully place a candidate with you, you pay nothing.

Germany offers extensive funding for hiring international professionals – if you know how to access it. FlintHire specializes in securing adaptation measures through AZAV-certified educational providers.
What the state covers:

  • 100% of all training and adaptation course costs
  • At least 50% of the gross salary during the adaptation period (typically 6-12 months)
  • Administrative costs for qualification recognition

Our service: We handle the complete application process – from assessing which funding programs apply, to submitting applications to the Federal Employment Agency, to ongoing compliance. This is included in our service at no additional cost to you.

The complete process typically takes 4-8 months from the initial consultation to the employee’s first day of work. We work to accelerate this wherever possible through our partnerships with authorities.

Our 6-month replacement guarantee protects you completely. Should a candidate resign within the first 6 months or prove to be unsuitable (e.g., due to performance or personal circumstances), we will fill the position free of charge. You pay no additional placement fee.

Our primary talent pools are located in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Croatia, and other countries with strong education systems. We ensure cultural compatibility for all candidates. Furthermore, we focus on regions where professional qualifications are recognized in Germany and where candidates have strong motivation for long-term careers.

  • (2) Conduct interviews with pre-vetted candidates that we present
  • (3) Make the final hiring decision
  • (4) Sign the employment contract.
